To stop autoplaying videos in the desktop Brave version on macOS, you can follow these steps:

• Go to the Brave browser settings by typing brave://settings/content/autoplay in the address bar or Settings, Site and shields settings, Permissions, Additional permissions, Autoplay (block sites from autoplaying videos).
• Select the default behavior Allow sites to autoplay videos or Block sites from autoplaying videos to restrict autoplaying videos.
• You can also add specific sites to the Allow or Block list to customize autoplay settings for individual websites.
